SUMMIT CAMPAIGNS
HOME SERVICE LEAD GENERATION
Recent campaigns have generated qualified leads for as little as $24 each.
Month-to-month management. You control your ad budget.

The problem
Referrals Are Valuable. They Just Aren’t Predictable.
Sound Familiar?
❌ Referrals slow down unexpectedly
❌ Shared leads go to multiple competitors
❌ Homeowners don't answer the phone
❌ You're too busy to market consistently
❌ You don't know which marketing is actually working
A predictable business needs a predictable way to generate new opportunities. That's exactly what I build.

I’m Cayman. I personally build and manage every campaign. No account gets handed off to a junior manager you’ve never talked to.

Look, I get it most of this stuff (CPL, optimization, targeting, you name it) means nothing to you, and it shouldn’t have to. You’re not here for a marketing lesson; you just want the phone to ring with real customers. That’s what I do: turn your ad spend into real, paying customers.

About Summit Campaigns
Meet Cayman
I run Summit Campaigns myself, which means when you work with me, you’re not getting passed around to account managers or a support ticket queue. You’re talking directly to the person building and running your campaign. I keep my client list small on purpose so I can actually pay attention to each one. That means real communication; you can call, text, or email me directly, and I’ll actually respond, not some junior rep reading off a script. Your business isn’t the same as the one down the street, so your campaign shouldn’t be either. I build every account around your specific services, your market, and what’s actually working for you, not a cookie-cutter template I’m running for twenty other clients. If something’s not working, I want to hear about it. If something’s going great, I want to keep doing more of it. That kind of back-and-forth is only possible because I’m not managing hundreds of accounts, I’m managing yours.
We’ll evaluate current lead sources, advertising your most profitable services, service area and competition, a recommended starting budget, and the campaign Summit Campaigns would build.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does Summit Campaigns manage?
We manage campaign strategy, setup, creative testing, optimization, landing-page performance, and reporting.
How much should I spend on advertising?
The recommended amount depends on the market, service area, competition, and growth goals. A starting budget will be discussed during the growth review.
Are the leads exclusive?
Yes. Leads generated through your advertising campaign are sent directly to your company and are not resold by Summit Campaigns.
Do you guarantee a specific number of jobs?
No responsible agency can guarantee a specific number of closed jobs. Closing performance also depends on pricing, reputation, availability, follow-up speed, and sales ability.
Is there a long-term contract?
Management is month-to-month, with final terms discussed before launch.
Who pays the ad spend?
The client pays Meta directly for advertising spend. The management fee is separate.
